Booking / Payment
To reserve your dates and booking a $600 Deposit per hunter will be required to secure your booking. It can be wired to our bank in South Africa. Banking details will be provided once you want to make your deposit to secure your hunt. The balance that is left can be paid at the end of your hunt via our Card Machine.
Our prices exclude the following
= Your flight or plane tickets to and from South Africa
= Your Taxidermy work and Shipping to your destination
= Gun rental
= Tipping of our staff and Your Professional hunter and tracker/skinner
= Personal expenses during your safari like [ Restaurant, shopping, gift shops, travel insurance.,etc
Credit Card, Cash and Bank Transfer
BANKING CARDS: We Accept VISA, DEBIT OR MASTERCARD =!PLEASE NOTE A 3.5% Surcharge will be levied on all card transactions.
Please also arrange with your bank in the USA to update your limit amounts accordingly to your hunting trip to South Africa.
CASH: We do accept USD CASH and ZAR South African Rand.
BANK TRANSFER= IS ALLOWED USING OUR BANK ACCOUNT
Wounded Animals
If an Animal is wounded and blood is found the Animal will be paid in Full by the Client.
In the scenario of a Package deal if one of the animals in the package is not hit it will be deducted from the package.
Waiver
True hunt Safaris takes no responsibility for any injuries or accidents that may happen during your hunting safari.
True Hunt Safaris takes no responsibility for any changes to your hunting trip or safari like Government interventions, the weather or other factors that True Hunt Safaris is not in control of.
Gratuities
The preferred method of tipping for trackers, chef , staff, and Professional Hunters should be done in USD$ Cash. It will also be fine if you want to add it at the end on your bill, and we will make sure it will be paid to the various members of our team.
